Which is better GL Bajaj or Abes for cse specialization

I can get specialization in both. 3.3lakh crl rank

I tried to reach abes college for direct admission process.

Then I came across an instagram ad in which my details already filled so I clicked submit then this madam called me and inquired about my 12th percentage and jee percentile and then said to send it on WhatsApp and then after some time she called again after seeing the scorecard and 12th marksheet and said beta is rank (3.3 lakh) par aapko koi specialization nhi milegi kyunki aap dropper ho agar 12th ke sath itni rank hoti to aapko ai,ml ya ds mil jati (I don't think it work like this ) and then she told about you can go for aktu councelling and you can get desired seat and college through paid councelling I'll be sharing you number of a mam she is in tie with college from 15 years ....etc etc.
