I'm an opposite hitter and I jump a lot.
I currently wear the Mizuno Wave Lightning Z7 and I used to be in love over how light the shoe is. But overtime, it kinda starts to hurt because maybe the cushioning has thinned out over time.
That being said, I am looking for a shoe that combines light weight and good for landing. It would be great to find such shoes from asics, li ning, or adidas
Hello po everyone! I'm an incoming freshie and I have a question about electives and stuff.
Do we take 2 or 3 electives per year or 1 per sem? And after taking an elective in the first sem, will I be eligible to take an elective that requires the previous one as a pre req in the next sem?
