Here in spain via public health system treatment is fixed as follows:
- For 6 weeks - twice weekly
- For 4.5 months - Once weekly
- For 6 months - Once monthly
- 1 year mark - end of treatment - ( no renewal )
It makes no sense to me at all as there is no room for change the schedule and after one year you are without spravato.
Also seems a lot of people is in maintenance for years...
Did you feel any change / improvement after ?
Hi I was told to avoid my 0.5 klonopin dose 24 hours pre and post session.
Just wondering if would be better to skip my klonopin dose all days to avoid spravato effectiveness decrease.
Just approved for treatment at public health system and explained the schedule that I see different:
- 2 weekly session for 6 weeks.
- 1 weekly session for next 6months.
- 1 session monthly afterwards until the one year mark when treatment will finish.
First dose 56 mg and afterwards 84 mg.
Just wondering if it is possible keep on the time the stravato antidepressive effect without maintenance doses
Is it compatible with a full time job a long maintenance ?
Started at 50 mgs and moving to 100 mg to see if more improvements on anhedonia/ depression
Anyone on 100 mgs ?

Hi, I have been offered 30 mg mirtazapine to be add on to current 100 mg fluvoxamine + 300 mg bupropion..... But makes non sense to me
Any experience with this combo ?
