Second interview

I had my second interview with sprouts yesterday and it didn’t go how i expected. The set up was in a big ballroom with multiple tables and interviewers and it seems like it was open to scheduled and unscheduled interview times. I had an interview appointment but I got worried because at the end of the interview they told me it takes 2 weeks to hear back if they decide to continue with me and from there i’d go through another round of interviews? I had a pre-screening phone interview about 3 weeks ago maybe? So that caught me off guard but my brain blanked and the interviewer just seemed to want to get the day over which is valid cuz i’m sure asking the same questions to a ton of people is draining. Which leads me to not feeling the greatest about my interview, it was quick and I didn’t go as in depth as I would’ve liked. Is this the normal process or should I follow up next week with the hiring team to get some clarification?

over a year later

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh don’t know what to do. Over a year has passed since my ex broke up with me and i’m still not over it. having to come to terms with that is soooooo annoying lol. i’ve moved on (almost) completely and i get into these phases where i miss him. i know that’s normal and will probably continue but there’s this anxiety associated with the thought of him. that’s the only thing that lets me know i still have not fully let go and healed. idk what to do about it, ive dated and let my brain know there are other realities! and they definitely helped but it always ends up circling back to him which fukckkkking sucks. i think it’s because i never got closure but then it’s also like well i don’t need the closure because i can give myself the closure. i lurked today and the thought of him being in another relationship puts a pit in my stomach. i know hes also dating(we have matched on tinder like 3 times but he would immediately unmatch with me -_-) anyways idk. i just hate that it physically still affects me like this, like girlllll i have enough stress and anxiety i hateee that he still has that power over my mental… first love and dated for 3 years 19-22 like GREATTTTTTTT😒

where and what kind of car loan should i get?

Hi! I’m currently trying to find/buy a good used car but as of right now I have $8000 as a budget. I’ve had no luck in finding any good cars in that price range that check off all my boxes( like mileage, year, condition, etc). So i’ve been thinking about seeing if getting maybe a $5000 loan would be a smart choice so I could raise my budget and have a smoother time finding something. This process has not been fun for me and I feel very lost trying to figure this out but if anyone could offer loan advice that would be greatly appreciated!

Dental Cleaning

Hello, I recently started taking care(basically becoming the new owner) of a relatives dog and took her for a consultation at a vet because her breathe smells horrible. I have feeling the pricing is valid but i don’t know if i can afford it or how to get quotes without having to pay for a new consultation every time. They gave me a printed estimate which is 1700-3200 depending how many teeth need to extracted. It includes pre-op and post op care. Her teeth are pretty fricking bad. I live in california and from what i read location has a lot to do with the pricing.

[CA] Schooling Accommodation

Hello! I live in California and I have a dilemma, I recently asked my manager if I was able to become a part-time employee due to my school schedule changing this summer. I work in an ophthalmology clinic (ik that probably doesn’t matter). One of my coworkers is a part time employee because of school (she was not hired as such) and then I know of another coworker who is also part time. Legally I know they are not required to accommodate but I don’t understand why they won’t allow me. I am waiting on HR’s response, but is there anything I can do they could help sway them? They wouldn’t be short staffed either so it feels like a targeted refusal.
