I’m 5 months post and feel like I’ve done everything the doctor told me to do and was managing life symptom free. Tried to go back to work and dealing with overstimulation fatigue and headaches . HELP. Advice wanted. My partner is bigger and I’m smaller and I think that just is the reason I get UTIs every time after sex. I went through it for a year getting them every time and finally got prescribed Macrobid to take after sex and went a year with it working and not having any UTIs. But this year the antibiotics have stopped working and I’m getting UTIs again even with taking the macrobid. I fear I’ve run out of antibiotics to even take! I’ve tried D-mannose . Has anyone tried anything else that works or can give any encouragement?? It just doesn’t seem fair sex shouldn’t be this difficult it’s one of our basic human functions!!
