Collission loss damage insurance
hello,
I recently changed credit cards to the National Bank Platinum Mastercard. Does anyone know if this credit card in particular include the collision loss damage insurance?
I have read the PDF booklet for the card online and the answer is not clear to me. I have called CanAssist (credit card help centre for insurance coverage) and the National Bank and somehow no one is able to understand the question and/or give me a straight answer. Googling it - and the automatic AI - say yes it does, using another computer it tells me no it doesn’t.
does anyone know/have extra information to finally get an answer or more direct information, please?
happy to pay the full insurance otherwise
edit: CanAssist ended up telling me on the phone that it is covered - but it was a very flaky, doubtful and cannot provide any written proof - may end up paying full price for peace of mind
