Is this progression?

I'll [F23] keep this as short as possible. Here's a summarized timeline of my symptoms since a month ago:

[Note: 📌 = triggered by anxiety. I tend to hyperfixate and search online about my symptoms, which led to some panic attacks/anxiety bursts]

Week 1
- Mild left-sided tingling and weakness
[went to the ER and visisted a neuro; clean ECG, cranial MRI w/ contrast, and labs. prescribed w/ muscle relaxants and alpha lipoic acid]

Week 2:
- No more tingling, left-sided weakness persisted but still mild
- Right leg "humming/buzzing" sensation; only happened when I got out of the house and walked around somewhere (ex. mall)

Week 3:
- 📌 Body-wide muscle fasciculations (mostly legs, sometimes arms); mild and not very often at first. Usually happens at rest, rarely happens when I'm moving around
- 📌 Throat tightness, lasted a few days
- Weakness spread to right side, still mild
- Left-sided weakness persisted, worse on some days
- Mild shortness of breath and chest pressure, on and off
- Leg soreness, especially right leg (happened after 30min/1hr separate walks); also aches/pain around the knee and ankle

Week 4:
- Weakest/heaviest my left arm ever felt, only lasted 2 days; still fully functional though
- 📌 (Different days from above) Whole left arm felt strained, sometimes painful, like there were electrical zaps that last a few secs; sometimes travels to fingers and toes
- Right-sided weakness persisted, even milder
- Mild shortness of breath and chest pressure persisted, still on and off
- Body-wide fasciculations persisted, more often now
- Leg soreness persisted but mostly in right leg

Week 5:
- (May 18) Significant improvement in almost all limbs, very mild weakness/soreness in right leg persisted
- (May 19-20) Right-sided weakness/heaviness came back, a bit worse this time. Left side still felt fine
- (May 20-21) Left side suddenly felt weak/heavy again, while right side felt better. Tip of left pinky feels numb/weak
- (May 21) Cooling sensation along my left arm, along with some aches/mild pain (but it doesn't happen with fasciculations); only sometimes
- (May 21) Left grip feels a bit weak
- Body-wide fasciculations persisted
- Trouble swallowing food sometimes

Other notes:
- This all started after I joined my first 10km fun run and had very little rest + extreme heat exposure in the following days.
- The first 📌 was after A** came to mind after going down a rabbit hole about it.
- Only started walking again after 2 weeks since symptoms started; stayed at home 5 days a week before that
- No objective weakness so far. Limbs are still fully functional, I can still heel/toe walk and do everyday tasks (type, write, do skincare/makeup, etc.)

I'm honestly just so anxious and confused right now because of how my symptoms fluctuate. I'm especially scared right now because my left arm feels particularly heavy. I'll be visiting the neuro again later, but what are your thoughts?

[Edit: added some recent symptoms]

Bulbar symptoms or not?

I (F23) have had this feeling of something stuck in my throat (mucus? idk) for about 2~ weeks now. Though I did have a cough and cold, that was 3-4 weeks ago already. Used a nasal saline spray for a few days when my sinuses felt bad but that's it. Anyway, because of the throat sensation, I'd clear my throat a lot and would sometimes cough randomly.

Just recently, whenever I eat, my mouth would feel tired after a while. Also, when I drink lots of water, it sometimes feels like the water would move down slowly. No actual choking though, just some "almost" moments. Also some shortness of breath, though it comes and goes a lot.

I've had fluctuating symptoms that I thought were pointing to A** and I've honestly been really worried for around a whole month now. It started with some tingling sensations and perceived weakness in my left limbs, but now they feel almost completely better—there's still some tingling and soreness in my calves but they get better with light physical activity. Also have some body-wide muscle fasciculations until now but I noticed that they usually appear during rest.

No objective weakness or loss of coordination. No slurred speech, haven't noticed anything and people around me haven't commented either. My tongue could move freely as well, though sometimes it would feel stiff whenever I get anxious.

Speaking of anxiety, I noticed that a lot of my symptoms would appear once I hyperfixate on them—the day A** came to mind for the first time, I had trouble sleeping and even woke up with a panic attack in the middle of the night after dreaming about it. Then the muscle fasciculations started the day after. I'm aware that a lot of my symptoms might just be caused by this, but this new set of "bulbar symptoms" is particularly concerning for me.

(BTW, already visited a neuro and had a cranial MRI w/ contrast last month, doc said there's nothing to worry about and prescribed muscle relaxants and alpha lipoic acid. My muscles might have been tired after joining my first 10km fun run and no proper rest the next few days. But I'm still scared)

Different addresses on TOR and NBI Clearance

Need help please 😭 So i requested my TOR before kami naglipat ng bahay ng family ko, and the address indicated on my TOR is our old house.

However, nag request ako ng NBI clearance ko after na kami naka transfer, so the address indicated on it is our new one.

Same pa rin kami ng subdivision, naglipat lang kami ng ilang streets, pero mag-iba lang talaga ang block/lot and street name sa NBI clearance and TOR ko.

Will this cause any trouble sa PRC application ko? I just noticed the difference today lang kasi, and naka submit na ako ng request for my eCAV yesterday, with our old address on my TOR. 🥲

Arm Weakness for almost 3 weeks

Hello! I'm [F23] posting this because I'm becoming increasingly anxious.

Almost 3 weeks ago, I joined my first 10km fun run (I only started getting physically active this year). In the next 2 days, I wasn't able to rest well—had a couple job interviews and some errands to run, and was exposed to extreme heat. My body was exhausted, legs were still a bit sore from the fun run, and also had a cough and cold at the same time, but other than that I was okay.

The night of my last job interview, my left arm suddenly started feeling a bit tingly. Went to the ER immediately, thinking that I was having a stroke, but ECG results came back normal (turns out I was just having a panic attack). A day after that, my left leg started feeling tingly as well. Was advised to visit the neuro, and he ordered me to do some labs and a contrast cranial MRI. Both my labs and MRI came back normal, except for a slight decrease in my potassium levels, and was just prescribed some muscle relaxants and alpha-lipoic acid.

A week after my symptoms started, everything was normal, but the tingling in my left arm and leg was replaced by a slight weakness. I still had full control over my limbs and everything was generally fine, but they just felt a bit different compared to my right side.

2 weeks after, however, I stumbled upon post on tiktok that made me go down an *** rabbit hole, which made me extremely anxious and even led to me having a mild panic attack that woke me up in the middle of the night. When I woke up in the morning, the weakness started to spread to both my right arm and leg, though they were milder than my left side. Also, my calves/legs felt a bit strained/tight. My forearms also started to feel a bit strained, and I noticed a very slight difference in my left grip. Still fully functional though, haven't really dropped anything or tripped, and I can also walk on my toe and heels.

It is now almost 3 weeks since my symptoms first appeared and even after finishing almost all my prescribed medicine (except the alpha-lipoic acid that's to be taken for a month), there hasn't been any improvement in the weakness of my left arm, and it feels particularly weak today. My right arm does feel almost completely healed now, almost no more tingles in both forearms except near the area of my elbows, and my legs feel like they've almost healed as well.

Other symptoms I have are some mild, quick muscle fasciculations all over my body but mostly in my calves/legs, though they usually happen during rest and rarely happen when I'm moving. Have had instances of throat tightness (though I noticed this happened whenever I was extremely anxious) and tongue stiffness but they come and go often, and I have no problems with swallowing and speaking. Also a few episodes of chest tightness and mild shortness of breath, but they also come and go a lot.

Been resting the past 2 weeks until 3 days ago when I slowly started to do light strength training and daily walking. Went on a slow 3km walk yesterday which made my right calf sore/strained (almost feels like it's about to cramp), but it's improved since.

I know that all my symptoms are very mild, and it's incredibly unlikely for me to develop *** considering my age and even sex, but I've been alone at home most of the time for the past few weeks and the anxiety has been eating me up, especially since there's no significant improvement yet with my left arm. Is there any possibility that these might actually be the early stages? Or am I just too anxious? What do you think?
