Came out of illustration boxes should I send it to psa or beckett

I pulled this card last night from illustration box 6 after opening about 40 boxes and pulling nothing when they first dropped. Last night I bought 1 thru local shop and there it is. I have no intention of selling but im trying to grade it im looking for different set of eyes what others think bgs or psa or tag. Surface looks clean im concerned about centering

I tried looking for it but couldn't find any data. Does anyone know any estimate no of cards printed?

I've had these for sometime now thinking of sending them to psa but with the wait time dont want to wait for another year for them to come back.

How will cgc prestine 10 hold value compared to psa.

The cards inside are getting bought out. Why is this pumping out of nowhere?

Any opinions?
