My wife got these 3 pins off the boards on our last trip. The two princesses came from the better CM manned board in Celebrity 5 & 10 in HS. The Mickey came from a random CM.
I checked these against images online and they’re either real or very good fakes. No issues with flooding/fill and all have correct Mickey heads on the backs.
What do you think? Real or fake?
We just bought this year and I’m waitlisting for the first time for a January 2027 stay. We have a 2 bedroom Savanna View for 5 nights at Kidani and I’m waitlisting for a 2 bedroom at either Copper Creek or Boulder Ridge.
Questions:
Is one of those properties better to waitlist at over the other?
Is it a waste to waitlist in general? Like will we even possibly get it?
We are going regardless, so is it a better idea to choose to waitlist until a week out over the 30 day out option?

I AM NOT ASKING ABOUT HOW TO OBTAIN DAS.
Background: Family of 5. 2 year old possibly qualifies due to medical conditions. Children are 2, 4, and 6. IF the child is approved, they typically issue a null ticket for the DAS to attach to for the child under 3.
Question: How does this work with the 4 person limit on DAS? Is there any possibility of them allowing the family of 5 to ride together since all 3 children are young? The medically complex child does need both parents in the event of an issue/emergency occurring and that will be stated in the interview.
Just trying to see if anyone else has had this situation so we are prepared ahead of the interview and aren’t surprised if they tell us the family has to split up.
I know the referb ended in May. Do all rooms now have Murphy beds instead of pull out sofas? We are looking at a 2 bedroom villa and I just wanna make sure we’ll have a Murphy bed because the pullouts are terrible.
And yes I called Disney and the CM said they didn’t know.
We own 150 points direct at Riviera and it’s great but 150 points won’t take us far once we have a kid and would prefer a 1-bedroom. We are trying to plan where to buy for a second contract (likely resale) in the next 2-3 years. Would love feedback from parents!
We go 2-3 times per year.
We live in NYC so luxuriating at the resort is a big one for us. Pool and splash pad are big.
This will be for a routine yearly stay in early September/late August for 8 nights.
We will be 1 and done, so more limited schlepping.
Considering:
Bay Lake Tower (~250 points needed)
Hate the food here and the pool is not stellar but the walkway to MK is a big pull.
Animal Kingdom Lodge (~250 points needed)
I personally adore this resort. My singular hesitation is the bus only option.
Polynesian Tower (~300 points needed)
Love it but it’s always excessively crowded and busy. It will also be significantly more expensive.
Grand Floridian (~300 points needed)
Same as Poly. Crowded and expensive but love it.
Not highly considering Wilderness Lodge but could be persuaded with some good reviews. I love the food and the vibes but something has always kept me from loving it.
Yes, we already stayed at all the resorts we’re considering. However I’ve only stayed at Poly with my niece and nephew when they were older. I’ve never stayed anywhere with babies/toddlers/little kids.
I’m not considering any contract expiring before 2055. Love Boardwalk and Beach Club but I don’t want my contract expiring right as we hit the teen years.
Big resorts like Saratoga and Old Key West are a no because we don’t own a car and won’t rent one and I don’t love a bus loop.
