I love being able to do my girls' hair when I can't do my own anymore

I can't really do anything with my hair anymore because of chronic pain (cervical dystonia and occiptal neuralgia). But I've always loved doing hair (I actually learned how to French braid on my childhood #23!) so I am happy I can do my girls' hair. Also BTW, for those that also do their hair, where do you get ribbons? I need some for sure!

So, when is this "first look" happening today?

I was under the impression there would be some sort of reveal today before the collection is available to buy tomorrow? But it's already past 5pm ET? I even signed up with my email. Am I missing something?

So I was looking for AG stuff on FB Marketplace...and the DSM-5 showed up 😂

So what are you trying to say Facebook, hmm? 🤭🫣 Yes I may have some problems but I don't need called out during this time, thank you

What are some currently available dolls that have thick wigs?

Hi...I am daydreaming of when I can buy my next doll (hopefully within the next couple of months!) and I was wondering what dolls currently sold by American Girl have "thick" wigs that hold up well to styling? I enjoy doing my dolls' hair, but I don't want to do too much to my TM #123 and run her beautiful ringlets, and my TM #35 is fun to play with but I wouldn't consider it thick, plus the layers are an added challenge. My final doll, my childhood Elizabeth's hair is definitely THICK and long and I love it! It doesn't have to be that thick or long if any of you are familiar with Elizabeth, but something decent? Bonus points if the doll has a middle part. I searched previous posts asking this question and Rapunzel was recommended, but I really don't want a Disney doll because if it's a character, my brain has a hard time dressing them outside of their specific clothes or era and that's limiting. So preferably a TM or historical or GOTY. Some dolls I am interested in are Nanea, TM #117, and TM #118 if you have specific feedback on those (some say Nanea's is thick). I'll also take recs on retired dolls but current dolls would just be easier. Thank you!!

TM #127 is so beautiful and this is a great deal, but I just bought a new doll and I can't justify it. I'm not even a Prime member either so I think this is for everyone - well, I'm unsure if this is a US only deal, but wanted to share.
