Need HELP!

I’m buying this exact 2023 TLX Type S with performance wheels. Can someone please explain this whole wheel spacer thing to me. I keep seeing something about shaving down something for it to fit properly. I definitely like the look (25mm more than the 20mm) and just haven’t bought because i fear it won’t fit properly.
*1st pic is car as is, 2nd is 20mm, 3rd is 25mm*

Should i do 20mm or 25mm?
What brands?
Any specific link that i should for sure buy so that i don’t run into any fitment issues when installing?

Just bought a 2023 TLX type S

I’m not really a car guy so I’m very new to all of this stuff. Can someone explain what the secondary cat delete is? Do i need to buy anything in order for a shop to compete the secondary cat delete? (Or is it literally just removing something
What intake should i buy?
Any other mod suggestions?

Negotiations?? Buyer

So i am hopefully a potential buyer for a 2024 Acura TLX Type S. I’m new to this and trying to learn the process as i go, but ill give a breakdown of where im at.

So firstly i got pre-approved for $40,000 with chase at a 6% interest rate so I’m comfortable there and I’m willing to put down 10,000 to $15000. So my Max budget is at $55,000. The car I’m looking at is at $59,000 out the door, i shot an extreme lowball of my budget being $50,000 out the door through text and was told we are about $10,000 off from a deal. Should i respond with my absolute highest ($55,000 out the door taxes and fees included) or ($53,000 out the door taxes and fees included). Also please let me know if you have any insight into how Ford handles stuff and if they are even willing to work with me to get the sale. It’s hard cause I’m also in a different state so all communication is through text. I guess my question is… how do i respond after being told our prices are too far apart considering my max is 5k off from their asking price and they have not lowered the amount for me in any way to this point.
