I posted a few days ago about rust on my roof. I have received a quote that is $2700 and it's a bit higher than I expected. What do you guys think?

I have a smallish open plan living room kitchen. We bought a couch and were told the Ottoman was part of the set so we had to take it but I feel like it swallows the living room. I still need to hang my tv + console and order a rug.

I have tried using a hair dryer and rubbing it as suggested by Google. It's not working.

This is a zoomed in photo of some rust found on the roof by the plumber today. We are waiting for quotes to be sent but thought I would ask here as to how bad it is, I am very anxious as we only just moved to this house. He reckons it's not leaking yet but it was raining today so he said it was hard to see

I have started using some of my products religiously in the last few weeks. I work from home mostly so all my products just sit in the drawer. I have hit pans on these old products and I am excited to eliminate some of the really old ones.
