Stole this from fb

This came from someone in management confirming what I’ve been posting about in the past. The cut hours are coming directly from the people at the top of the company forcing store managers and department managers to cut hours. They keep making poor decisions regarding managing the company and store employees pay the price by having their hours and benefits taken away.

An open letter to the ceo

Yall can downvote me all you want. I hope this does get seen by the ceo.

An open letter to CEO Grant Haag,

Your current position of slashing hours so suddenly is abhorrent and cruel. Hundreds of employees are now living in fear of losing health insurance, becoming homeless, having to choose whether they eat or keep their lights on all because the stock went down half a percent. Your leadership is driving this company into the ground. Morale in stores is at an all time low due to your conscious efforts to cut employee benefits. You are a soulless, heart less human being. You may have rose through the ranks to be at where you are today, but you are now out of touch with what your customers want and you have a lack of empathy towards the people who make you millions every year. You hiring people from other corporations to turn Winco to become like those corporations is what is hurting this company more than anything. The high turnover rate at stores is costing the company money, but you have done nothing to address the issue. You allow store managers to play favoritism and do nothing about it. You are giving your workers an embarrassing lack of hours while you travel to stores on company money, stay at fancy hotels, use a private jet, and stay at expensive restaurants. Would you be able to survive off 15 hours a week? No? Then why are you suddenly telling your employees to figure out how to live off that. You are a disgusting human being and should feel ashamed of yourself to force your employees into homelessness because of your greed.

Edit: I’d like to add that because of hour cuts at least in my store, we simply don’t have the people to maintain the store. Nothing is staying stocked. Trash everywhere. Simply eliminating job positions and saying one person needs to do the work of 3 people sets people up to fail, causes burnout, and creates mental exhaustion on employees. Even a good employee will eventually burnout. If we can’t keep product on the floor and the store clean then less people are going to shop.

Looking for a lawn service

Since everyone was really helpful with my last post, I was hoping people could chime in on a good lawn care service. I need work done on both front and back yard including mowing, weeding, and trimming bushes/light tree trimming.

Looking for a cleaning service

I’m having trouble finding a good maid service that isn’t afraid to get down and dirty. I need a lot of help with cleaning. I work two jobs, my parents are both disabled and my gf is also disabled. I’m hardly home and when I am home, I’m exhausted from doing double shifts. I’ve had trouble finding a cleaning service willing to help me get my shit in order at help me maintain it once it is. I’m willing to pay whatever, but everything I’ve contacted so far seems more like a service to keep a clean home clean.
