20M self conscious

Today is my birthday and I took this photo in the bathroom since the lighting was good. I thought it was nice but then my mom took a pic of me that was so bad that I feel very self conscious now 😭 I just shaved my beard and so I feel a bit weird

just kind of wanted to share this in a place where my friends won’t see idk I just want to feel better about myself

I woke up today and was dizzy out of bed, thought it was just random but then later I realized whenever I look down or up a lot I get really really dizzy and wobbly. I feel quite sick after these dizzy moments. I also felt very very dizzy laying on my side. I am 19 with scoliosis and I spend often 8-10 hours on a computer per day. I was finishing up college stuff and I haven’t exercised in a few months as I’ve been pretty busy, is this cervical vertigo and will I have this forever?
