so i do lagree twice a week. i started off unable to finish any core movements. ive gotten much better. i still struggle to hold planks and bears tho? what’s going on? i can do other core movements but those i can’t hold them more than a few seconds. if its in the back i for sure cant even more than 3 secs. is this normal or am i doing something wrong? how long did it take i to master those ?
