33F- Let's support each other!
I live in Switzerland, so someone on a similar timezone would be super. I'm looking for someone male or female, where support and accountability goes both ways!
My goals:
* Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week (3 days strength training, 3 days walking/yoga)
* Weight loss (about 10kg/22 lbs) while building muscle
* Healthy diet (my diet is already a little restrictive but yours doesn't need to be. I eat plant-based and gluten-free)
* Healthy habits (minimize doomscrolling, loafing and negativity, maximize mindfulness and intentional living)
I also love reading, especially motivational or self-help books when I have the chance. I am currently on summer vacation before doing my final semester of a bachelor's degree so I'd like to establish a healthy baseline before my studies start again.
Generally, I'd love to connect with someone supportive, kind and open-minded and I can guarantee you the same. I'd be happy to share reading recommendations, meal pics, goals, struggles, successes and whatever else might come our way!
