Good day, so I am currently doing my curricular internship (required by the school) at the Department of Justice (DOJ), but after this curricular internship I am planning to apply as voluntary intern in the Senate of the Philippines, to hopefully learn something about legislation, and experience na rin. Fortunately, many said tumatanggap naman daw ang Senate ng voluntary interns. And this is my first time thinking about voluntary internship.

So my question is:

When applying as voluntary intern in government offices, what’s the difference between doing so as voluntary intern vs. curricular internship? Do they have different processes, requirements, etc.?

Any information will help fully and truly.

Good day, I’m currently a 4th-year Bachelor of Public Administration college student in PUP, and I am doing my second curricular internship at the DOJ, but I’m not yet satisfied with my internship experiences.

After this curricular internship kasi, there will be no more internships required by our university thus, I am planning to do voluntary internship in Senate, and If anyone in this sub experienced voluntary internship in Senate my questions are:

Is it worth it?

What are the processes for applying?
