Why Your Prayers Feel Unanswered -Maharshi's Gospel

The ancient Vedas reveal something most religions never tell you — God is not out there. Not a figure in the sky. Not a second person. According to Ramana Maharshi and Vedanta, God is the reality of the 'I' itself — the pure awareness behind every thought, every desire, every moment of seeking. In this video, we explore why desire keeps truth far away, how to use one desire to destroy all others, and what true devotion actually looks like. This isn't philosophy. It's direct knowledge.

Maharshi's Gospel: Your Mind Is the Only Obstacle to Peace | Ramana Maharshi"

You've been meditating. Doing japa. Listening to bhajans. Reading
spiritual texts. And yet peace still feels just out of reach.

Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi's answer will stop you in your tracks:

"Peace is your natural state. It is the mind that obstructs it."

In this video, we break down one of the most profound conversations
from Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi — Chapter VIII: Peace and
Happiness — in a way that's clear, relatable, and deeply practical.

You'll understand:
→ Why vichara (Self-inquiry) feels like it isn't working — and what
you're actually missing
→ Where the bliss you feel in music, poetry, and prayer really comes
from (the answer will surprise you)→ What Maharshi means by
"diving consciously into the Self" — and how to actually do it
→ Why you keep misattributing happiness to external things — and how
to stop

This isn't philosophy for the sake of philosophy. This is a direct,
practical pointer to the peace that is already yours.

Why You Feel Spiritually Stuck — Ramana Maharshi Has One Answer

Why You Feel Spiritually Stuck — Ramana Maharshi Has One Answer

What actually stands between you and God? According to Ramana Maharshi — one of the most revered sages of the twentieth century — the answer isn't sin, unworthiness, or spiritual ignorance. It's a mind that has never learned to look inward.

This video is a deep breakdown of "Sadhana and Grace," a chapter from Maharshi's Gospel — a series of recorded dialogues between Maharshi and a sharp, questioning visitor. Over a single conversation, they cover: why silence is the only honest answer about God, why surrender is more powerful than any prayer, why you don't feel grace even when you're genuinely trying, who is actually doing the seeking, and why the intellect can never reach the Self.

Maharshi's teaching is radical in its simplicity. God isn't distant. Grace isn't intermittent. The obstacle is the wandering, outward-facing mind — and the moment you understand that, the direction of the entire search changes.

The MUNI Who Named Ramana Maharshi

On this day, 90 years ago (25 July 1936), Kavyakantha Ganapati Muni left his body. This Short remembers him through the single most consequential meeting of his life.

In November 1907, Ganapati Muni — an intellectual and spiritual giant with countless achievements and a host of followers — climbed the hill to the Virupaksha Cave. Distressed that his life's purpose was still unachieved, he prostrated before the young Sage and pleaded to be taught the true nature of tapas.

For fifteen minutes, Sri Ramana Maharshi gazed at him in silence. Then He gave the teaching that would settle the question forever: watch where the notion of 'I' springs, and the mind is absorbed into its source. That is tapas.

Filled with joy, the scholar-poet declared the upadesa entirely original — and gave the name "Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi" to the one whose name had been Venkataraman.

Source: drawn from the authenticated account of Ganapati Muni's meeting with Bhagavan at Arunachala.

The Hidden Power of Japa - Ramana Maharshi's Teaching

The Hidden Power of Japa - Ramana Maharshi's Teaching

If this helped you, you can support here(optional): paypal.me/prasanna1970

Why is repeating the name of God such a powerful spiritual practice?

Millions of people chant mantras and repeat divine names every day. But very few understand the deeper purpose behind this ancient practice known as Japa.

In this 1-hour video, we explore the profound teaching of Ramana Maharshi, who explained how japa transforms the mind, leads to meditation, and ultimately reveals the Self.

According to Ramana Maharshi, repeating the name of God replaces countless thoughts with a single focused thought. As the mind becomes one-pointed, it naturally enters meditation, and in that silence, the truth of the Self is revealed.

In This Video, You Will Learn:

• What japa really means and why it works
• How repeating God’s name calms the restless mind
• The connection between japa and meditation
• Why devotion is essential in spiritual practice
• How japa dissolves the ego
• The relationship between japa and self-inquiry
• How silence reveals the true nature of the SelfThis teaching belongs to the tradition of Advaita Vedanta, where the ultimate realization is the discovery that the Self is pure awareness beyond the mind and ego.

Whether you are practicing meditation, mantra chanting, or self-inquiry, this video will help you understand how these paths are deeply connected.

Reflection

Japa begins as repetition.

But it ends in silence.

And in that silence…

the Self reveals itself.

"Why You Can't See Reality Clearly" - Ramana Maharshi

"Why You Can't See Reality Clearly" - Ramana Maharshi

Have you ever met someone who just can't be shaken?
Same problems. Same world. But completely at peace.

What do they know that you don't?

Ramana Maharshi has a precise answer — and it's not what
you'd expect.

In this video, we unpack the opening of one of the most
profound chapters in Maharshi's Gospel: "The Jnani and
the World." A devotee asks Bhagavan whether an enlightened
person experiences the world the way we do. Maharshi's
response dismantles the question — and then rebuilds your
entire understanding of what you're actually looking at
when you see the world. You'll understand:
→ Why Maharshi turns the question back on the devotee
before answering it — and what that reveals
→ The cinema screen analogy — the clearest explanation
of the difference between the jnani and the ajnani
ever put into words
→ Why the jnani isn't detached or unfeeling — but sees
something underneath experience that changes everything
→ What a missing photo in the ashram reveals about how
Maharshi actually experienced reality in daily life

This is Part 1 of a two-part series on Chapter III of
Maharshi's Gospel.

"Is The World Even Real?" | Rama Story + Dream Argument + Science

"Is The World Even Real?" | Rama Story + Dream Argument + Science

Every night you go to sleep. And the world — solid,
consistent, shared by everyone — completely disappears.

Ramana Maharshi says: that's the proof you've been
looking for.

This is Part 2 of our deep-dive into Chapter III of
Maharshi's Gospel — "The Jnani and the World." A devotee
pushes back hard. He wants to know: is the world actually
an illusion? And if so — why does it feel so undeniably
real?

Maharshi dismantles every objection. One by one. With a
Puranic story, a dream logic argument, and a sleep-based
proof so precise that three of the greatest physicists
of the 20th century arrived at the exact same conclusion
through science.You'll understand:
→ The Rama–Parvati–Sita story from the Puranas — and
what it reveals about what a jnani actually perceives
→ The snake and the rope — why you can't see the Real
as long as you believe the apparent is real
→ Why the dream argument isn't a spiritual metaphor —
it's a logical proof
→ Where the world goes when you fall asleep — and what
that tells you about which is truly real
→ What Sir James Jeans, Eddington, and Bertrand Russell
say about the nature of matter — and why it matches
Maharshi exactly

Why You're Afraid of Silence

Why You're Afraid of Silence

What if the deepest truth of existence can't be spoken — only recognized?
In this video, we explore one of the most extraordinary conversations in spiritual history: Maurice Frydman's dialogue with the Indian sage Ramana Maharshi on silence, solitude, and the nature of the Self.
What Ramana reveals will challenge everything you think you know about meditation, inner peace, and why most people — even devoted spiritual seekers — spend their entire lives looking in the wrong direction.
You'll discover why solitude has nothing to do with where you are, why every word you speak is four generations removed from reality, and why the truth you've been searching for has never once left you.
This isn't philosophy. It's a mirror.

The One Shift That Ends Emotional Suffering | Ramana Maharshi

The One Shift That Ends Emotional Suffering | Ramana Maharshi

What if every experience in your life — every joy, every struggle, every thought, every identity — is just a movie playing on a screen? And what if you are not the character, not the audience, but the screen itself?
In this third and final video of our series on Maharshi's Gospel, Ramana Maharshi introduces one of the most powerful metaphors in all of Indian philosophy — the cinema screen — to reveal what the Self actually is. And then he answers the deepest question of the entire series: what does it mean when a realized sage's mind is said to be completely dead?
You'll discover:
✔ Why the Self is the screen, the projector, the light, the actor AND the audience — all at once
✔ The difference between kevala and sahaja nirvikalpa samadhi — clearly explained
✔ Why sleep is purity and wakefulness is ignorance — Maharshi's radical inversion
✔ What it means for a sage's mind to be "dead" — and how they still function in the world
✔ The burnt rope — why the sage's "I" has appearance but no substance
✔ The one practice Maharshi gives every single seeker, regardless of their circumstances
This is the most philosophical video in the series — and the one that ties everything together.

Do You Need to Quit Your Job to Find God? | Maharshi's Gospel Chapter 1 Pt. 2"

What if the reason you feel mentally exhausted at the end of every day isn't how much you're doing — but a single thought running silently in the background? The thought: "I am working."
In this second video of our 3-part series on Maharshi's Gospel, we go deeper into one of Ramana Maharshi's most liberating and counterintuitive teachings — that the sense of being the doer is itself the bondage. Not the work. Not the world. Just that one quiet claim: "I did this."
You'll discover:
✔ Why "I work" is the real source of exhaustion and anxiety
✔ How to ask the question that dissolves the doer-identity
✔ What Krishna told Arjuna — and why it changes everything about effort
✔ The sleeping traveller, the moving cart, and what they reveal about your true nature
✔ What jagrat-sushupti (waking sleep) actually means — and how to live it
This isn't about doing less. It's about discovering who is actually doing.

Self-Enquiry: Ramana Maharshi's Method for Realising the Self | Maharshi's Gospel

Who are you — really?
Not your name, your job, or your story. But the one who is aware of all of it.
In this video, we go deep into a profound dialogue from Maharshi's Gospel by Ramana Maharshi — one of India's most revered sages. A disciple sits before him and asks the most natural question: "How is one to realise the Self?"

In this video:

The core of Atma Vichara (Self-Enquiry) and why it's unlike any other spiritual path
The story of Ribhu and Nidagha — a master's brilliant teaching in disguise
Why all other spiritual practices may be "the thief chasing himself"
The Parable of the Ten Fools — and what it reveals about what you've been searching for

Life of Ramana Maharshi Part 2: The Silence That Speaks

What happened after Ramana Maharshi reached Arunachala at 16?
He disappeared into silence.

In this episode, you’ll witness the most intense phase of his early life—
where he sat unmoving for months…
begged for food with his bare hands…
endured insects eating his flesh…
and yet remained in complete inner stillness.

This is not just a story of suffering—
it’s a glimpse into what lies beyond the body, the mind, and fear itself.

Watch how a boy who wanted to disappear…
became a presence the world could not ignore.

Ramana Maharshi | Life Story Part 1: He Died At 16 Without Dying:

At the age of 16, an ordinary Tamil schoolboy lay alone in an upstairs room — and experienced death without dying.

What he discovered in those twenty minutes changed him forever. He walked out of his home with three rupees, no plan, and no intention of ever returning. Five days later, he arrived barefoot at the foot of an ancient sacred hill in South India — and the world would spend the next century trying to understand what he found there.

This is Part 1 of the full life story of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi — one of the most revered spiritual sages of the modern era. We trace his birth on a sacred day in Tiruchuzhi (1879), his childhood in Madurai, the book that cracked him open, the death experience that shattered his identity, and his extraordinary five-day journey to Arunachala.

Told as an immersive documentary. Based entirely on primary sources: the Maharshi's own words, and accounts by his closest devotees and biographers.

Why Life Never Goes According to YOUR PLANS - Ramana maharshi - Karma Part 3

Most people think free will and destiny are opposites. They're not. In this final part of the Destiny & Free Will series, we explore one of the most precise and profound teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi — why free will and karma co-exist, why neither can exist without the other, and what happens when karma is completely exhausted.
We also break down the truth about will-power that the self-help world gets completely wrong — and why your failures might be doing more for your spiritual growth than any of your successes.
By the end of this video, you'll understand:

Why the Self is untouched by karma — and what that means for how you live
The real definition of will-power (it's not what you think)
What final Liberation actually looks like — and why the chain of karma always breaks itself

Based on the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi from Reflections on Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi.

The Biggest SPIRITUAL MISTAKE You're Making Right Now - Karma Part 2

The Biggest SPIRITUAL MISTAKE You're Making Right Now - Karma Part 2

You've been told karma is about your actions.
You've been told to want less, do less, stay small.

Ramana Maharshi says that's completely wrong.

In this video, we break open one of the most
misunderstood teachings in all of Advaita Vedanta —
the difference between action that binds you and
action that sets you free.

You'll discover:

→ Why it's not your actions — but one invisible
assumption — that creates binding karma
→ The two types of sankalpas (bandha-hetu vs
mukti-hetu) and exactly how to tell them apart
→ What Ramana means by the "false I" — and why
seeing it clearly begins to dissolve karma's grip
→ The full arc of transformation: from ordinary
person → seeker → yogi → Jnani
→ Why even your suffering is not wasted — and how
it secretly serves your liberation

This is Part 2 of our Destiny & Free Will series
based on the direct teachings of Sri Ramana
Maharshi (Talks 3, 4 & 6 — Doership, Sankalpas
& the False 'I').

karma is fully exhausted? What is final liberation?

Is DESTINY Unavoidable? | Ramana Maharshi's Shocking Reply - Karma Part 1

Are you making your own choices — or is your life already written? The answer, according to Sri Ramana Maharshi, is both. And the distinction he draws will change how you see everything.

In this video (Part 1 of the Destiny & Free Will series), we break down:
→ What karma actually is — not the Instagram version
→ The exact line between destiny and free will
→ Why some things in your life cannot be changed — and what can
→ How karma contains the seeds of its own destruction
→ What to do right now with the free will you actually have

Based on the original teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, including Upadesa Saram.

Part 2 drops next → the concept of doership, and how to step out of the karmic cycle in how you act TODAY.

Why CHAKRA Meditation May Be Holding You Back - Meditation Part 2

Every spiritual tradition has an answer for where to focus in meditation. The chakras. The brain. The heart. The third eye.
But when a seeker asked Ramana Maharshi directly — why don't you direct us to a specific chakra? — his answer cut through centuries of debate in three sentences.
This is Part 2 of our Maharshi's Gospel series. And this is where the teaching gets real.

📌 What you'll understand by the end:

Why two of the oldest spiritual traditions completely disagree on where the Self lives — and what Maharshi does with that contradiction
The one thing that cannot be doubted — and why Maharshi builds his entire method on it
What the "thread of I-am'-ness" actually means in plain language — and how to follow it
Why every genuine spiritual path — regardless of technique — leads to the same final destination
What atma vichara is, why Maharshi recommends it above all else, and where it ultimately takes you
📖 Source: Maharshi's Gospel — direct recorded teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi
This is Part 2 of 2. Haven't seen Part 1 yet? Watch it first — it lays the foundation for everything explained here → [link to Part 1]
Part 1 covers why your meditation keeps breaking down — and the precise two-step method Maharshi gives to fix it. Watch that first, then come back here. The two videos together form one complete teaching.

If this series changed how you think about your practice — share it with one seeker who needs to hear it. These teachings deserve to reach further.
