I have been trying to connect my PlayStation to the internet for 4 days now and I can’t connect it it keeps saying the connection is to weak I have tried almost everything I think the problem is the internet box I have cannot split bands I’m starting to get impatient I have been on the Xfinity messages with a agent and they did absolutely nothing they told me that it will boot up and work in a half hour and to leave them 10/10 review and it’s been almost 2 hours and nothing has happended I think they scammed me to get a good review I know it’s the box because my PlayStation connects to my hotspot please help.
