Where to see snow, northern lights, and fall in October/November?

Hi everyone!

I'm from Asia and have always dreamed about seeing snow and the Northern lights. I'm visiting friends in Canada for 2 months this year from October 3rd- December 3rd.

My main goals are to see and touch snow (sounds childish, I know, but I'm in Asia lol), see the northern lights, and see fall in full bliss.

Any recommendations and which time I should go? (eg: go to place X in October, go to place Y end of November)

So far I know for Northern lights - Yellowknife, Edmonton, Yukon

Fall - Vancouver, Quebec Ontario, Alberta, Yukon

Snow in October/November?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: thank you everyone for all the replies and suggestions!! Truly means a lot :) done planning for now!

How do I stop living every day like it's an emergency?

I'm a 26 year old female. I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember. I refused to get diagnosed because I didn't want to accept it but last year, it got so bad I had no other choice. My therapist told me that she didn't think therapy alone was working for me and recommended medication. So, I went to a psychiatrist, got diagnosed with GAD, and started medication. I'm still on escitalopram (10mg). Honestly, it's been life-changing. I could finally breathe. I could finally enjoy my life. I felt like I was in a state of high, constantly finding joy in little things and smiling for no reason.

Fast forward to now (4 months after that feeling of high), I'm more anxious again. I could have nothing urgent on my to-do list but my chest is always tight, breath is shallow, and I can't breathe until my to-do list is all done. (the list would just be random errands like doing laundry, cleaning my room etc), but I don't feel happy while doing them. I just feel so anxious. How do I make it stop? How can I go on about my days and do normal tasks without feeling so anxious? I'm more rational now. Cognitively, I know this isn't normal. I still can't help it.

Any advice or tips on what worked for you would be so helpful! :)

Bump on neck during migraine episodes?

Hi everyone!

I've been having migraines for as long as I can remember. I'm 25F. My symptoms are:

  1. Migraines caused by stress but also sometimes randomly.

  2. Sharp pain in neck, cheeks, and forehead

  3. Hypersensitivity to light and sound

  4. Relief = tying something tight around my head, face, neck

  5. Swollen bump/ lump that feels tight behind my neck where it hurts

  6. Tiny lumps when I press on my cheeks that hurt when I press

Are all these normal? Im worried about 5 and 6
