Tried three different platforms last week for a BTC to XMR swap. First one was slow, took almost 3 hours despite saying 20 minutes. Second one had rates so bad it wasn't worth it. Third one I actually used but had no idea if it was trustworthy until the funds arrived.
Is there something people actually rely on for this that is both fast and consistently gives a fair rate?
Tried a few platforms last week for a $10k USDT to BTC swap and the fees were all over the place. Best quote gave me $9,820 worth of BTC, worst gave me $9,480. That's a $340 difference for the exact same swap at the same time.

Hi! Want to move some XMR into a stablecoin but it's surprisingly annoying. Most DEXs don't touch Monero and the swap services that do either have bad rates or take forever.

Been trying to move some BTC into Ethereum without touching a CEX. Every bridge I read about has either been hacked at some point or has some custodial risk buried in it that only becomes obvious when you read the docs carefully.
Is there something people actually trust for this or is a CEX genuinely the safer option when moving BTC cross chain?

Trying to swap a larger amount and fees start to actually matter at this size. Slippage is also a concern since some DEXs just don't have the liquidity to handle it cleanly.
