Need help print shift and Spaghetti

Getting back into 3D printing recently and working with PLA, 210 nozzle, 60 Bed, 90% speed then shifts halfway through print. Done this twice now. Using Cura slicer because my original benchy came on a corrupted SD. Using ender 3 Neo
