Unfortunately, I took the wrong suitcase yesterday. When I went to the customer service desk, they told me to fill out the form and said they were unable to take the other suitcase. I'll be bringing the other suitcase to the Munich Lost & Found. How likely is it that my suitcase is still on the bus? I'm taking the same route back tomorrow. Has anyone here been able to get their luggage back in a similar situation? Do they usually leave unclaimed luggage on the bus, or is it removed at the end of the route?
