Anyone think they had BVD but ended up being dry eye disease? I went and got tested for BVD this past week, couldn’t figure out a prism that cleared my blurry vision. Dr thinks dry eye disease is causing my problems or I have that problem and also need prism glasses.
Gave me prescription drops and to come back in 4 weeks to see how things are. Wish this could be figured out already my wallet is running dry 😭
New to BVD and have an appointment next week. Wondering with the original prism glasses you receive how often did you have to get them changed before you were able to stabilize? I don’t have insurance and right now looking at about 1k+ and worried I won’t be able to afford many changes. Looking to get insight on people’s stories with them.
New to learning about BVD but constant migraines and everyday neck pain has lead me to find it. I have worn glasses for over 15 years along with having migraines for the same but this past year (especially past 3 months) I’ve had constant migraines and neck pain that I’ve spent over 300$ going to urgent care to get migraine cocktail shots 🥲
I am in Texas and i see a couple specialists but one is going on maternity soon and the next closest is Texas state optical and they don’t take insurance so it’s going to be expensive but I’m nervous as I’ve never been and I don’t see any reviews stating anything about BVD with them.
Anyone living in Texas been??
