Can someone explain?

Got this mail today regarding 8th sem marksheet and provisional certificate but we only had 6 sem in total and also we have no info about the certificate from the college yet .. the survey is asking if i have the marksheet and provisional certificate if no when I'll be receiving it (the date)

My interview was for service desk role and in loi it was mentioned analyst traine and it was issued on 18th march 2026

Its been some days now i can't login to Riot client on my lap but i tried logging in on my mobile and it's fine but when u open the game its not letting me login also i noticed that when i tried to download valo from epic games the images on epic games were not loading too but my wifi is working properly, its just epic, steam and valo for now

I tried changing the dns to 1.1.1.1 and alternative as 1.0.0.1 and still its not working properly
