How to declare double major after declaring only one?

Pretty self-explanatory, I want to know how I can declare another major, as I have already declared one. I'm going to a 3rd year in the fall if that makes any difference.

I know it probably doesn't, but just in case I'd like to know please and thank you.

Why does Japan still use the traditional East Asian reading direction in books?

It’s not uncommon to see a Japanese translation of a book written this way, but in Korea and China, you’d almost never find this.

  • The Foreigner is almost always Pseudo-Slavic and speaks broken English as part of his comic relief.
  • The country is either between Germany and Russia, or is a Central Asian country called (thing)-stan, but culturally almost always Pseudo-Slavic.
  • The country uses the Cyrillic Alphabet, and is overwhelmingly rural.
  • The country's culture is either incredibly backwards or incredibly quirky, and the technology is primitive.
  • If they have a pet, it's probably a pastoral animal raised for its milk irl, such as a cow or goat.
  • The country's economy is probably overly dependent on one thing.
  • We might use a real or fictional country, but if a real country is used, it's nothing like the actual version of the real country.

Examples:

Bolbi Stroganovsky (Jimmy Neutron): Bolbi is from the fictional country of Backhairistan, and his culture has a quirky dance that goes "Slap, Slap, Slap, Clap, Clap, Clap".

Timmy's Maternal Grandparents (Fairly OddParents): They're from the country of Ustinkistan, which is primarily inhabited by Yaks, and has an economy overly dependent on Turnips.

Borat Sagdiyev (Borat): A real country is used here, but the version in the movie uses many Psuedo-Slavic country tropes, such as Cyrlillic, backwards and quirky customs, and livestock being pets.

Artur Pashkov (Big Nate SHOW ONLY): Artur's from the real country of Belarus in the comic series but for whatever reason the TV Show made him come from a country called Stylgravia. Funny thing is the comics use similar tropes regarding Artur despite using a real country; Artur in the comics talks a lot about Goats.
