Considering removing the compensator because of NYS laws and just having it stock on the barrel until these laws get overturned next year. Other option is to pin and weld but not really a fan of permanently attaching it
Well my plastic finally came in the mail today and I couldn’t be more excited. Come first thing Monday morning I’ll be at the clerks then at the store to pick up my first pistol. Bought the Springfield echelon 4.0c gear pac and actually got a pretty good deal on it at $625.
Will the echelon 4.5f barrel fit in a 4.0c with factory rod and springs?
Well boys and girls I finally got my approval letter!! Definitely was a ride not knowing what the judge was thinking and how my background would play in his decision making. Thank you to everyone for the information and advice, it is greatly appreciated.
Did anyone else have their hearing with Judge Dollinger today ? If you did, he used some language “ if you’re here then I intend to approve you’re application and will send it to the clerks afterwards” is that procedural or his way of saying you’re approved?
Just got an update that the hearing with Hon. Dollinger on the third, any info on him ? Temperament? Views?
