I had to reset the account password and add a payment method. Now I’m stuck in a loop and can’t make the payment.
Service will expire in less than 24 hours.
I’m still trying to get a reply from “Connai” but it gets hung up when I ask for this specific help. It keeps ending my chats.

I recently moved to Tulane Avenue and the block I’m in is normally known to flood. There’s no neutral ground and paying for private parking lot is not feasible for me at the moment. I’m need a safe place for my car in time for the expected worst day of the tropical storm, which is Weds.
Trader Joe’s is close and their lot is somewhat elevated. I don’t see any signs saying cars left overnight will be towed, but that doesn’t mean much. I plan to call the store manager to ask, but thought I’d see if anyone here knows their policy. Corporate might dictate it and the manager has no say.

Looking for an AM/FM tabletop radio or portable radio with a good speaker. Something simple that just plugs in and plays — no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or smart features needed.
Hoping to tune into my local classical and jazz stations and have something playing for my pets when I’m out.
I figured someone might have one collecting dust that could use a new home. Right now I don’t have it my budget to buy a new one and not finding any in the secondhand shops

Looking for a radio or boombox to borrow. I’m sorry if this post is against the rules.
Immediate gas/fuel help needed. Also need help with basic household supplies (t.p., paper towels, cleaning sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). I’m here advocating for a neighbor dealing with an illness who is completely out of steam. There is no family support system.
Looking for a fuel card or some other way to fill up her car with gas. I can pick up supplies or delivery would be great (mid-city).

Not only did the housing fall through so did the funding so I am in a very difficult position right now.
