Saw the bard damage nerf and decided the obvious decision was just to add more damage. Hardstuck silver for 5 years and hit plat recently running AP bard.

For those wondering, peep my old bard post but replace deadmans with Rocketbelt. Rocketbelt gives just as good mobility while having a significantly better build path for early game. If your going into a full AD comp I would go Deadman's but if you are not I wouldn't.

Extremely unlucky galaxy generation has made it impossible to finish Seralune's questline. I have never seen an entire region of the galaxy completely cut off from the rest like this before.

Any ideas on how to get in without waiting for jump drives?
