NYC woodworkers
Anyone here local to NYC area? I unfortunately have to cut down a Japanese maple tree and would love to salvage as much wood from it as possible and turn it into cutting boards and other things. Looking for a local artisan or recommendations for someone who’d be interested in fabricating things from my tree.
I don’t believe this break group rules but if it does, strike me down!
Custom woodworker
Hello. Looking for woodworker recommendations. Unfortunately am going to have to cut down a big Japanese maple tree and would love to salvage as much wood from it as possible. Cutting boards. Jewelry boxes. Kitchen utensils. Things of that nature. Would be nice to stick to someone local who can take the wood off property as well
Thanks!
What’s the deal with that one Ohio based Bricklink store that always has prices that are ABSURD? Are they trying to skew the averages? Do people actually buy things from them even though they can see it’s clearly double or triple to cost some times? I totally get it’s a free market and people can ask whatever they want for whatever they have, but it’s always felt a little fishy with that one particular store. What am missing here?
