Maybe I haven’t stayed in enough Airbnbs but I’ve been in a quite a few and usually this is available within the app within usually 1-2 days before check in (I’m assuming code doesn’t activate till check in but usually they let you know the instructions and codes 1-2 days before)

Is this weird ? Also the Airbnb is a new listing only like 2 reviews so maybe they just don’t have everything automated yet??

Like I crave “good chaos” well my version of good chaos anyways. Like I want excitement and sometimes some drama where everyday feels different but I still have the ability to chill if I want.

I want a career / business where it stresses me sometimes and I’m always fixing something but I love it, an it fulfills me. I want to build a friendship group with all types of unique people and of course because people who are different have different views on things it might be some drama a little disagreements but that’s fine! Because being around and loved by people who are different than me will show me something new everyday

It may seem like a fantasy but that’s what I want!! And yes one day it might get old and and I’ll want to just be in my home on my porch in my rocking chair looking at the sunset everyday, but I also think me having that life is why when I’m old I’ll be able to settle and be 100% fine with my days being calm and easy because I had a full life.

[UPDATE] : I just reverse searched the images on google and found a lot of listing on Airbnb and messaged the landlords there , now I am getting responses, and a lot of them are willing to honor the furnish finder price. So furnish finder messaging might have been the issue. Hope this helps anyone in the future.

Having a hard time finding short term rental within our budget and No one on Furnish finder is responding, but looks like they haven’t even seen our messages. Does anyone know anyone or have any listing for a 30 day short term rental??

We are digital nomads and work remotely, we are residing in Colorado Springs for a bit. Our nephews are coming to visit us so we are looking for a bigger space (2Bed / 2bath House / Apart ) or 3 bed.

Budget is $2300 MAX.

[UPDATE] : I just reverse searched the images on google and found a lot of the listings on Airbnb and messaged the landlords there , now I am getting responses, and a lot of them are willing to honor the furnish finder price. Love The Springs & the nature here but I feel like Denver area has way more to do & see. I’m into art and creativity so I love going to all the different art museums and galleries, enjoy their downtown, and of course there are 3 huge malls around, versus Colorado Springs.

But Iike I said I do really love the nature aspect in the springs and rent is cheaper. Maybe one day I will just move to Denver, but for now I will commute for my Fun.

Why don’t more office just charge employee gifts to their company credit cards?? At my last job money for gifts were never asked for, because if the manager wanted to get a gift for someone on the team or in the office they could just charge their Amex an write it off as an expense ( I know cause I did their expense reporting)

At my current job Our team lead asked us in our teams group chat if we wanted to pitch in for a gift for the admin assistant for “admin assistant day”to message her with your Venmo or Cash App info (admin assistant isn’t on our team and works independently) I ignored cause I am remote and don’t know this girl. Days later team lead asked me if I was putting in, I politely said “No thank you”. Then during the one on one with our manager he brought it up to me as well saying he heard I wasn’t contributing. (I still politely said “no I’m not” with a smile and a soft tone” )

It’s just weird to me… Mind you at this current role all managers have a company credit cards. And They buy expensive lunches ALL the time charged to said card. When I was in office one Time out the year we all went to lunch at a country club that easily likely costed maybe $200-$300. Come to find out when the team is in office (they are all there 1-2 days a week) they go to lunch weekly together. (Which the manager pays for with the company card)

So why wouldn’t an employee gift fall under this???
