Can dogs give you HIV? alot of people say no butttttt

My dog snuck me. When I was sleeping he jumped on my bed and was licking my mouth like maniac and after that I started like developing symptoms of, either HSV or HIV and im thinking maybe I got HPV? Or FIV? I definitely do need to do some research cause as im looking things up while making this comment some things just aren't connecting but hey maybe someone can help me out here. But yeah I started getting a rash, some yellow small bumps (on face) that did burn and I never experienced nothing like that, idk if he licked his dong before doing that?? Or?? I have no idea but im trying to get to the bottom of this.. I THINK HE CURSED ME AND I DON'T WANT THIS BLIGHTED MALEVOLENT pathogen AND I BETTER NOT HAVE THIS SHYT

About to get tested.......

Like I better NOT HAVE THIS im in the waiting room about to be tested in less than 4 mins but im so nervous cause like if I DO end up having it.. like im gonna have to post my genitals on the r/STD sub and thats just embarrassing like I dont wanna have to do that, In fact im probably deleting this account if I have to cause its no way im posting my genitals on some reddit. And I dont want to.. its starting to just feel like the end is nigh cause I have no idea how people be comfortable doing that that would be embarrassing for me :)
