Men of Dubai - do you actually prefer natural women?

I’m genuinely curious about something I’ve noticed in Dubai. A lot of men say they prefer women who look natural, but at the same time, it often seems like the women who get the most male attention are the ones with lip fillers, nose jobs, cosmetic procedures, etc.

So I’m wondering if there’s a disconnect between what men say they prefer and who they’re actually attracted to.

For men in Dubai, if a woman has had lip fillers, a nose job or other cosmetic work, does that genuinely make her less attractive to you, or do you actually prefer the more “done” look?

And if you were considering a woman for a serious, long-term relationship or marriage, would knowing she had cosmetic work done change your opinion of her?

Chances of getting an admin or customer service job in Dubai without a high school diploma but with 10 years experience?

.
I’m an Australian citizen with around 10 years of work experience:

5 years as a logistics coordinator (handling shipments, suppliers, tracking, documentation, operations, etc.)
5 years in customer service/call centre roles

However, I don’t have a high school diploma or university degree.

I’m wondering realistically what my chances are of getting an office-based role in Dubai, such as:
Administrative assistant
Customer service representative
Logistics coordinator
Operations assistant

Would employers in Dubai care a lot about the lack of formal education, or would my years of Australian work experience help compensate?

I understand many companies ask for a diploma/degree, but I’m curious whether experience can outweigh that for these types of roles.

Also:
What salary range would be realistic for this profile?

Chances of getting a supply chain/logistics job in Dubai without a high school diploma or degree?

I'm looking for some honest opinions from people who know the Dubai job market.

I have 5 years of logistics/supply chain experience in Australia, but I don't have a high school diploma or a university degree.

I'm a Westerner (Australian), and my experience includes logistics coordination and supply chain operations rather than warehouse work.

How much of a barrier is having no formal qualifications in the UAE? Do employers generally filter out candidates without a diploma or degree, or is relevant experience enough?

Has anyone been hired into a logistics or supply chain role in Dubai without formal qualifications? If so, what salary range did you end up on?

I'd really appreciate any insights from recruiters, hiring managers, or people who've been through the process recently.

ADDITIONALLY - if I came and networked a lot with people in Dubai, would there be opportunities for referrals without formal education?
