ATTN Diagnosed or self diagnosed Narcissists

What are genuine moves that your primary attachment can do that would absolutely drive you insane?

How could a normal person do something that would make you spiral?

I have studied different types of narcissist and I have experienced a Grandiose Narcissist and a Vulnerable Narcissist < That one was trickier.

I have found that moving on and blocking access seems to be the biggest bullet. But what else is there? What makes you tick?
