Bachelorette in blowing rock/boone in February

Firstly, how to prepare for potential snowy weather for a bachelorette group staying just outside Blowing Rock in late Feb? We will ensure to take cars with at least 4WD and our Airbnb host mentioned the neighborhood is regularly plowed in winter. Just wanted to see what everyone thought about how to be better prepared and what the chances are of not being able to get around.

Also, what are some recommendations for activities, as not everyone is a big skier? Late 20s group, so vibey restaurants and bars appreciated!

Thanks!

I sound crazy

I am having anxiety I could be pregnant - I have had mirena IUD for 4 years and my partner withdraws. I had sex 17 days ago and after that I had a couple days of cramps. Now I haven’t gotten my period yet (not terribly uncommon for me) but I was worried so I took a test and at first it looked negative, but I came back a few minutes later and I could see the faintest line. My roommate could see something too. I took three more tests today and all clearly negative. I just can’t get that first one out of my head. I can look now and still see that faint line on it. Can’t tell if it’s blue or grey really.

Has anyone seen anything weird on a test before with an IUD?

Resort help

Planning honeymoon in May. We live on east coast of US and don’t want to travel more than 8 hours on plane. We’d want to go to a tropical destination like Mexico or Costa Rica. Could do all inclusive or not. Like adventure but also want relaxing and adults only and want a plunge pool in room!

Budget wise, I have never planned a trip like this so I am unsure what to expect - probably want to stay someone mid-tier price wise with a luxury vibe. Open to breaking it up between two different stays and vibes. Any help would be really appreciated! I have Amex points so that’s an option for flight or stay.
