Potential co poisoning ?

So basically yesterday I went to a rooftop bar and was hitting shisha for about an hour it had the coals and stuff and I was having water while doing it, I don’t usually smoke or anything. Afterwards I felt nauseous and wanted to throw up so I waited and threw up once and puked 2 times then I had a headache and nausea, now it’s next day and I still have bit of nausea but o got like a bad headache, am I fine do I need to see a doctor, this is what chat gpt said I need urgent assessment. Previously I have puked from shisha before months ago but didn’t have a headache like this day after, any help would be appreciated do I need a doctor?

Index alignment: Looks very good overall, markers appear straight and evenly placed

Dial Printing: Clean and crisp, slate ombré sunburst looks nice

Date Wheel alignment/printing: Date appears centered well in most photos, font thickness looks decent, maybe very slightly low/right at certain angles but likely due to camera perspective and cyclops distortion

Hand Alignment: Good

Time graph numbers - Very solid — running around -2s/day, 272 amplitude and 0.3ms beat error which all look healthy and well

Bezel: Fluting looks sharp and evenly cut

Solid End Links (SELs): Good fitment, no major gaps visible

Anything else you notice: please help me identify any other areas such as like the date wheel and stuff as this is my first day date and would appreciate any help. Thanks 🙏
