My cousin is 24 years old last year he tested a1c and it was 5.7 and now 4.7 I asked him how he did it he said i just quit soda. He stills eats fast food regularly he didnt change anything in diet he was already very thin so he didnt even exercise. A week ago I tested and hba1c was 5.7 I also drink alot of sodas so If I quit soda and lose weight( because im obese class 2) will i be able to reverse prediabetes

Can they report you for that and is it possible that chess.com can ban your chat for saying that on chat.

I downloaded fc mobile yesterday I dont understand how to play there are no leagues laliga, premier league, champions league nothing only online mode and even that is so easy the defended dont even try to stop u in division rivals I passed to goalkeeper and made him score and no defender even tried to stop
