Quest'anno quindi sto partendo in 3.liga cioè la Bundesliga 3

Nella realtà la squadra di base era veramente con tante stelle non ancora esplose e l'anno scorso Alemannia e stata formidabile con un 7 posto nessuno se lo aspettava

Lo stadio conta quasi 40.000 posti che in BUNDESLIGA 3

E un gigante addormentato, soprattutto quest'anno sono nella realtà arrivati giocatori come KEN IZEKOR scuola Leverkusen attaccante formidabile forte fisico grosso ,non intendo formidabile perché segna ma ha un potenziale assurdo nella realtà e il fatto che una squadra in BUNDESLIGA 3 L'abbia preso e tanta roba

Poi c'è Stefan bajic portiere francese serbo ex Strasburgo che il club l'ha preso veramente veramente,e in BUNDESLIGA 3 penso sia uno dei migliori portieri esperienza nei grandi ancora giovane

Poi in squadra abbiamo anche Mika Schroers l'anno scorso ha segnato 20 goal ed e stato veramente molto bravo infatti quest'anno già c'è mezza Bundesliga 2 su di lui

Dato che su FC 26 quando crei una squadra sono tutti giocatori inventati ho deciso di rendere 6-7 giocatori tedeschi svincolati e prenderli e fare finta che erano da noi da un po'

Della mia squadra da neo promossa in Bundesliga 3.

Solo in 2 superano il miglione di valore gli altri tutti sono il miglione.

La città è Bonn, scelta perché è una città vera, grande, importante e con un’identità forte. Non è una metropoli “casuale”: è una città con peso istituzionale, economico e simbolico, quindi può sostenere un progetto calcistico serio.

Il partner principale è DHL, che entra nel progetto nel 2021 con una quota del 46%. Questa parte è stata pensata apposta per restare credibile con il 50+1: DHL non prende il controllo totale del club, ma diventa il motore economico della crescita. Il legame con Bonn è naturale, visto che DHL ha la sua base nella città.

Lo stadio si chiama DHL Arena. I lavori iniziano nel 2022 e finiscono nel 2026. La capienza è di 18.789 posti, una cifra scelta apposta per sembrare più realistica di un numero tondo troppo “da videogame”. È uno stadio nuovo, moderno, costruito per un club che sta crescendo e non per una squadra già stabilmente in Bundesliga.

La linea temporale del club è stata costruita così: il team cresce gradualmente dal dilettantismo, DHL entra più avanti, il progetto si rafforza, e nella stagione 2026/27 il club è neopromosso in 3. Liga. Quindi non è una squadra nata già forte: è una squadra che si è costruita nel tempo.

I colori scelti sono rosso e giallo/oro, con dettagli neri e bianchi. La scelta non è casuale: richiama sia DHL sia l’identità visiva della città di Bonn. Anche lo stemma è stato pensato in questa logica: moderno, pulito, leggibile, da club nuovo ma credibile.

In panchina ho scelto Enrico Maaßen, perché è un tecnico tedesco, giovane, con un profilo adatto a un progetto di crescita e sviluppo e vero Non l’ho scelto a caso: l’idea è avere un allenatore che possa rappresentare bene un club ambizioso ma ancora in costruzione.

It has incredible history, passionate supporters and a famous stadium, but it has spent many years away from the top levels of English football. To me, it felt like a sleeping giant waiting for the right ownership to unlock its potential.

To make the takeover realistic, I imagined Eagle Football Holdings buying 65% of the club to lead the sporting project, while Advent International, one of the world's largest private equity firms, acquired the remaining 35% to provide the financial strength needed for long-term investment.

The objective isn't to spend money for the sake of it. The goal is to build a modern football club with a clear identity: keep the best players already at the club, recruit young talent with high potential, add experienced leaders and create a squad that can grow together.
