Is Proforma B fine as a dropper for domicile certificate?

(Parents have transferable jobs, but they are permanent residents of WB so) I won't have any issues right?

For making priority order for counselling should I refer to WBJEE 2025 cutoff data or 2024? considering in 2025, WBJEE happened late and alot of students already took admission in other colleges or went out? So cutoffs were more i guess?

like for example HITK CSE closed at 4283 rank in 2024 (round 2) and closed at 5906 in 2025 (round 2)

So this year will I get HITK CSE with 49xx rank?

So, DC happens only after round 2 right? So, Suppose I have got Heritage CSE in Round 1 or round 2 and have got the admission after physical verification.... Now If I participate in the DC of JGEC and get a seat then will I lose my money which I paid to heritage during Admission? Please help

People are saying this year's marks vs ranks can be like 2023 and infact some people are saying it can go even lower cause of the maths. But is this just Hopium or fr 2023 r moto hobe?
