Need someone to take over our lease — 2 Bedroom at Luxe Scottsdale, $1,710/mo

I need someone to take over my lease. We have about 9 months left. I am moving out for my job.
It's a 2 bed / 2 bath at Luxe Scottsdale (the "Mojito" floor plan). We signed up back in December when they had a deal for this price of $1,710/mo before they raised prices. The price for this floor plan is $2,388/mo for the 12 month lease term and now it’s actually sold out. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and our building is the only 2-story building in the entire complex (every other building in the complex is 4 stories), so that makes us the top floor with no one above us. Our balcony faces toward the mountains so we have a nice view of the mountains.
We also rented out a garage that can transfer with the lease if you want it, it's optional. It's $100/mo for us (they normally charge $200) and it's a 2-car garage right next to the building entrance., but if you have two cars it would be a good idea to take the garage for extra storage alone.
If you're interested, message me and come see it in person.

🏡 Pay $1,710 for the 2BR That Costs Everyone Else $2,688 — Lease Takeover, Luxe Scottsdale Apartments

Here's a deal that doesn't come around: we locked in our lease before prices jumped. The exact same floor plan now lists at $2,688/month base for a 9 month lease for new residents. Take over our lease and you pay $1,710 — that's roughly $978/month less, every month, for the same apartment. Through the end of the lease term that's thousands of dollars staying in your pocket.

The apartment:

2 bed / 2 bath ("Mojito" floor plan) at Luxe Scottsdale
$1,710/mo base rent — this rate is locked in for 9 months
Current new-lease price for this plan: ~$2,688/mo for the same 9-month lease term (which is now sold out) — nearly $1,000/mo difference
This is the only building in the entire complex with 2 floors, we are on the top-floor unit on the 2nd floor — nobody above you, ever. (The rest of the buildings in the complex have 4 floors)
Balcony railing is concrete instead of metal so you have privacy, beautiful view to the mountains
Optional private garage with extra car space so you can fit 2 cars with extra space for storage (at $100/mo, normally $200/mo) literally one door from the building entrance — walk out, get in your car. No hiking across the community. You can cancel the garage anytime without the apartment.
Lease lasts until March 2027, renewable with Luxe after
Resort-style amenities: pool, gym, clubhouse, the full Luxe package

How it works (simple and 100% official): You apply by contacting us and coming in to see the apartment in real-time — you only pay the standard application fee $150 without extra upfront fees or deposit and then you can come live here right away. Approved? The lease transfers to you at the locked rate of $1,710. No risk, no catch — we're relocating, and someone gets to inherit a rate that no longer exists.

Bonus while it lasts: The unit is currently furnished with high-end pieces — ashley leather reclining couches, a Williams Sonoma marble dining table, a Tempur-Pedic king and Nectar memory foam queen with power base, an extra fridge in the garage and more. Items are being sold separately, but whatever's still here when you're approved, you get first shot at making a deal — bundle-priced to make moving in effortless.

Message us with your name and when you'd like to see it. At $675/month below what the leasing office will quote you today, this will not sit long. Also inform us when you plan to move in, ideally we are looking for within the next 30-60 days but are flexible with taking more or less.

iPad Pro M5 11” vs 13” if paired with iPad Mini

I got the 11 inch iPad Pro M5 because I figured it’s the best overall pack to pair with my 14 inch MacBook Pro and I am happy with the purchase but I am considering getting an iPad mini because it will be a more portable device and better for e-reading, especially if the 2026 leaks about 120hz and OLED are true then at that point I’m wondering if I should just return my 11 inch for a 13 inch and pair the 13 with the mini so I can benefit productivity wise from the bigger screen space

My thought process is that I will benefit more from a 13” specifically paired with an iPad mini since the mini will take care of a lot of the portability problems and comfortably of using it as a tablet in the hands for a while, and at the same time give me that extra screen space for more productivity and multitasking on the pro as well as a better sidecar monitor option with the 14” MacBook Pro over an 11”.

It makes me wonder if there is benefit in having an 11” iPad Pro and a iPad mini at the same time, I’m more banked on getting an iPad mini because it’s more comfortable to use for e-reading and quick notes and I feel like I can actually take it literally everywhere where the 11” feels slightly too big for those use cases.

I purchased the iPad Pro at Costco on May 7th and due to the generous 90 day return policy I got till August. The only thing though is those leaks about 120hz may not be true, that’s a big deal for me I can’t go back to 60hz 😭

What do you guys think?
