I am on compounded semaglutide 15-20 units. Recently switched pharmacies to Empower pharmacy in Texas due to regulatory issues in my current state. I tried the same exact dose as my previous pharmacy and got really sick and nauseous. Since being on that dose I have vomitted which never happened from the other pharmacy

My Dr. didn’t give me much guidance except that I can basically choose my dosing and lower it or just to take Zofran for the nausea.
I’d still like to lose about 5 more lbs and be able to eat enough protein. I wonder if I should lower dose just 5 units to help with side effects or will that make me gain weight back ? Someone on Reddit also said to go to one injection every 10 days vs. 7 days what does everyone do ?

Weight loss has been very effective but I’m trying to mitigate side effects such as nausea , low motivation, fatigue and constipation. Any ideas you may have would be great.. not many docs to choose from in my area so I would prefer to stick with my current doc.
