How did you handle marketing?

I'm getting close to being launch ready with an app I've built and I'm starting to look into advertising for it but I'm struggling to work out the best way to go about it. My app is a tool aimed at software engineers/testers, so it's quite a niche area. My current thinking is that some affiliate marketers would work well, and I'd ideally like them to be from the UK, but I'm not having any luck finding people with the right niche to reach out to.

Any advice would be welcomed! Whether it's where I should be looking to find these people or different approaches I should investigate for advertising this kind of app in general. Please don't reply trying to advertise your own platforms or agency etc.

What fun looking deals are there to learn?

I play a lot of casual card games with friends. I've learnt some basic cardistry tricks but I'm now hoping to learn some exciting deals. Does anyone have names for any and/or links to tutorials? The only fun one I've seen is the video of the woman poker dealer who deals one handed. I'd be interested in that, but also anything else similar.

Just in case it comes up - these are casual, no-stakes games, so nobody is going to accuse me of trying to cheat etc, and I'm okay with it being something which might cause a misdeal occasionally!

I've been building an app for a few months now and I'm currently focusing on the UI. Where is the best place for me to find someone reputable to review the UI? I'd ideally want to hire an independent designer rather than going through an agency
