If i wanna go on for higher studies (mtech) abroad. Is walchand a good option over dj sanghvi, given theat dj is located in mumbai which is a hub. (Mechanical branch).

Guys i got 36k rank and after researching a few sites i m seeing tht i can get cat 3 CSE chennai with spec. So is it worth it? Or should i wait and try for some other colleges? Like are the hostels, mess or the faculty worth it?
