I'm an adult welsh learner, and really do find the Welsh is Fun and Welsh is Funtastic very very good. I’m looking for something a bit more concrete now and am thinking about Heini Gruffudd’s My Way to Welsh ? Has anyone got this book and do they recommend it ?

In respect to Sumerian dictionaries, has anyone got any opinions on the one written by M Lafayette ? I know Cohen has got one but That’s a tad pricey. Thanks.

Newbie to the group here. I think my issues started in 1995 when I has this sudden feeling that something was missing. so I started looking for it. Problem was and still is, I don’t know what is missing so don’t know what to look for or where to look for it 🤷♀️
Over the years there have been periods where things have sort of been good, but the underlying depression is always there. I’ve gotten my masters degree, had open heart surgery, got married, got my PhD, my black belt in jujitsu but what ever is slowly eating me returned with a vengeance about 10 years ago. tried various meds to no real benefit. I’m beginning to think I will never shake it…🤷♀️
