So we know that Oda likes naming stuff based on literally what they are right? For example JoyBoy is literally a boy with joy... With that in mind, the one piece could literally be one piece of a puzzle that completes it (probably something to do with the ancient weapons as many have theorized)

Or something that can destroy the Red Line and unite all the planet into one piece

Or it could just be one piece of JoyBoy like his arm or leg or something, the potential is limitless rly
