Vo2 max after one run
I recently picked up a garmin forerunner 165 watch for my birthday. I’ve been swimming and recording for about 2 weeks and haven’t gotten any vo2 max data. I ran once at a 8 minute mile which was relatively moderate/hard pace

Recently I’ve been running around 2-3 times a week and feel lost. My plan is to run around 4/5 times a week. My question is how should I break up each run. How many tempo/ interval should I do like with for easy runs/long runs. And like how should my schedule be
Edit* reason I want to switch from 2-3 times a week to 4-5 it’s because my sport is very intense and I was very exhausted every day. I only had time to run about 2 to 3 times. I do something called crew which is very leg focused.
I am currently a rising senior in high school. I am trying to decide over getting an option 40 contract or an option 19 and then volunteering for rasp when I get to a unit. My question is how hard is to get orders to go to rasp from your unit.
