I want to make sure I’m addressing the right areas when I speak with a plastic surgeon.

My nose droops when I smoke (1st picture)

LH side is current and RH side is mock up (2nd and 3rd photos)

Anyone else have this concern addressed with a surgeon and love their results?

I hate my columella and how droopy it makes my nose look when resting and especially smiling. I like how conservative he is. Want to hear opinions on the two noses.
