Pixel 10 getting stuttery all of a sudden

No new apps. Storage half empty. Same usage as a month ago, yet basic navigation and switching between apps is stuttery. It's most apparent when taking a screenshot. There's a 3 second pause before the screenshot is captured.

Looking for a simple text overlay app that places text anywhere on my screen

I can't believe I haven't found it yet. I just want to place a white text with no background on my screen and move it anywhere and resize it.

I don't want a box with a UI floating around. Just the text and no additional buttons.

Is there such an app? Willing to pay for one.
