2 months before my car got a minor accident in OOTY (PAYAKARA FALLS) and in case of emergency I gave the car in Mettupalayam taffe tata service centre.in 26 june 2026 . They told me we can claim the insurance in 5 days and service your car fully and return back you within 14 days or maximum 18 days

I believe them and return to pondycherry by the bus

I submit my car documents and all photos video footage when I take 5 mins after the accident. They said such evidence is enough for an insurance claim .

After 5 days (SBI) insurance manager called me and he asked me for some video footage during the accident and I coinsidently take a selfie 🤳 before few minutes of accident and I attached the photo and video footage before a few minutes of the accident and after 5 mins of accident in the document and sended

6 days later there is no response from insurance and tata. Then I called them and asked. They said this footage and photos are not enough. I got angry and I shouted at them because they asked me for the footage of a live accident. How did the people capture the live accident?. And they said ok sir we claim the insurance and service your car within a week . The second time I believed them . Daily I make a phone call and ask what happened to my car they did not give a proper response . And I told the tata motors pondycherry branch they also said we will try sir 🤦 but no improvement. After 2 months I got angry and went to the Mettupalayam service centre they said to me on the phone call all the work for the car is almost finished but when I reached Mettupalayam I was shocked 😳 because there was nothing changed in my car even after two months I shouted and asked my car with proper service. but even I shouted they did not give the proper service to my car. And I am totally disappointed (insurance claims are also late and service is not in the proper way) I only bought a car 5 months before but now my car performance is life 6 years car 😭
