Chest Routine Change seeking opinions

When I workout my chest I do incline pushups and decline pushups, and i've ben doing those a few times a week for months. I'm getting results on other body parts im working out but chest feels like its lagging behind. I work out from home, and really only have access to dumbbells but I recently got access to one of those workout seats / benches that you can adjust the angle of, so I wanted to switch up my chest routine.

I was thinking of switching out the pushup variations for Incline dumbbell presses, flat dumbbell presses and dumbbell chest flys and I just wanted to know the general consensus on these exercises, i guess. Thanks

Question regarding facial hair lasering

Hey guys, I'm more curious than anything and while I probably won't go for this, but I still would like to know. Basically, I'm a young guy and my facial hair grows quickly and is pretty dark (I manually shave every second day) and I have shadowing on my Mustache and beard areas respectively, so I was wondering if I did some laser hair removal appointments not to fully get rid of my Mustache hair but rather to try get rid of the shadowing (probably 4 - 5 sessions I'd guess as I don't want to fully get rid of it all) would it look strange if you have no shadowing on your Mustache but have it on your face / neck?

Just curious about other people's thoughts, thanks.

Advice on working towards my unique goal body

Hi everyone. I’m in my mid-20s (M) and aiming for a lean, skinny, and slightly toned physique. The past advice that I've gotten online after asking around and researching myself has focused nearly entirely on bulking up everything, which isn't my goal. Respect to the bulked look, but I’m specifically looking for tailored fitness tips to achieve a slender, defined aesthetic instead. I've been told the body type im trying to achieve is called a "Twink" or "Twunk" body type, which actually does seem accurate. If I had to describe the body type I want beyond just those words I'd say I want clean muscle definition without the bulk, similar to a swimmers build but a bit less I suppose? My chest muscles and arm muscles are basically the only ones I want any more significant growth on, and I don't actually want abs (thought I do want the stomach line that goes down, I believe it's called the ab linea? which I am slightly developing so far!).

To save everyone some typing on health advice: I’m already on a great track and have healthily lost ~26kg this past year and a half via a (mostly) clean diet and calorie deficit. I've passed my weight goal already by a bit but as I still have some stubborn belly fat I'm still working on losing just a bit more weight while I do this. I'm really only looking for advice regarding 2 main things; Changing the schedule of my workouts to better suit my time and needs, and about exchanging and adding some new exercises based on my body type goal. Sadly, I learned that I cant upload images here so I uploaded 2 images on postimages that explains stuff with pics and tables via screenshots of a PowerPoint I made, thank you in advance I really appreciate any insight or advice you all have for me.

Looking for a subreddit focused on male fitness for a lean / skinny, toned look rather than bodybuilding or gaining bulk

I'm going to ask some questions in regards to mens fitness but all the subs I've found 100% full of "keep bulking, build more muscle, dirty bulk" etc and I'm not interested in getting that type of body and getting ripped, my goal is a bit different to the norm I guess, so I just want to find a subreddit with active people that might be able to answer my questions regarding that. I still have to sort of figure out exactly what I want to say and stuff but yeah, just pre-emptively trying to find the subreddit I need, any help much appreciated!

As the title says im having my first session in a few days, and I've been getting mixed info, so I wanted to ask knowledgeable people. Im doing quite a few body parts (arms, arm pits, legs etc) and I know I have to shave beforehand but im a bit confused. Do I shave against the grain (for a clean, closer shave) or with the grain (to avoid nicking skin, ingrown hairs etc)? I've heard people say to go with and i've also heard some say to instead go against the grain, and the internet itself has offer various results. Please help me out! Thanks
